As Pink Parlour Accounting Assistant you are responsible for the following:
- Accounts Receivable
- Reconciling sales transaction: Clibase vs bank statement; Clibase vs. Merchants' Statements (Gcash, Classpass, Parlon, Metrodeal) and other merchant as assigned.
- Rental Monitoring & Issuing BIR 2307 to all lessors
- Incharged in applying BDO Terminal, Gcash, Paymaya merchant
- Coordination with Merchants
- Maintaining and organising data vault
- Xero - Sales Invoicing
- Budget request (email to hubdocs)
- Monthly SLSP - summary of monthly receipts
- Monthly PS Remit - merchants
- Other tasks as assigned
Must Have
- Associate’s degree in related field with work experience.
- More education, experience, or additional certifications and licenses may be required.
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
