As Pink Parlour Branch Manager you are responsible for the following:

Overseeing daily salon operations
Hiring and training beauticians, as needed
Organizing employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
Oversee daily salon operations

Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils, and replenish stock
Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
Ensure all beauty treatments meet high-quality standards
Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
Promote services, products, and discounts on social media
Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly, and quarterly)
Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers
Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets, including motivating staff
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Ensuring promotional materials and displays are updated

Must Have

Must be able to work proficiently with sales target quota and be disciplined to work without constant guidance and supervision.
Ability to decipher various reports and create reports upon request.
Must be able to work efficiently within a team environment.

Must be well-groomed and professional.

Nice to have

Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Knowledgeable in booking software
Able to satisfactorily communicate English with guests, management, and other associates to their understanding.
Combination of education equivalent to graduation from high school (High school diploma) or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
