Marketing Officer

As Pink Parlour Marketing Officer you are responsible for the following:

  • Generate a minimum of 6,000 leads through influencer marketing, tie-ups, and promotions.
  • Support the execution of marketing plans set by the marketing manager.
  • Develop content strategies that align with short-term and long-term marketing goals.
  • Create, publish, and optimize engaging SEO content.
  • Edit and proofread content while ensuring brand identity.
  • Shoot and edit photos and videos to match the brand's identity and marketing goals.
  • Analyze website traffic and user engagement through content management systems.
  • Manage content distribution across online channels and social media to boost web traffic.
  • Build relationships with KOLs and media partners.
  • Draft press releases and marketing copy, ensuring compliance with copyright and data protection laws.
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to keep content on track.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and generate new ideas to engage audiences.
  • Oversee daily digital ad operations (SEM, GDN, Facebook, and Google Ads).
  • Create marketing reports on awareness and ROI.
  • Develop monthly promotions for all outlets, targeting 10% growth.
  • Manage TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee for new product launches.
  • Supervise visual merchandising for special events and promotions in all outlets.
  • Provide mid-month and monthly reports to the Managing Director.
  • Supervise 1 designer and create 2 client email newsletters weekly.
  • Draft weekly SMS communication for customer engagement.
  • Contribute to product and service innovations.
  • Oversee in-store visuals, design, and event setup for store openings.
  • Handle other related tasks as assigned.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years as digital marketing, and marketing officer
  • Experience in beauty retail or clinic is a plus
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media/content management, copywriting


Nice to have

  • Knowledgeable in canva, video editing, and photo editing
  • Knowledge in the following: creative digital execution, digital partnerships, digital platforms management, mall marketing partnerships
  • Must be Instagram and Tiktok Savy
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
