As Pink Parlour Multimedia Artist you are responsible for the following:

Create graphics, animations, and multimedia for websites, social media, apps, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to meet project goals and deliver visually appealing solutions.
Manage multiple projects to ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards.
Stay updated on multimedia design trends to keep content fresh and innovative.
Revise designs based on feedback to achieve the desired outcome.
Ensure all multimedia content meets company standards for quality and consistency.
Develop visuals and collateral for digital or print use.
Ensure visuals and collateral are printed, uploaded, and installed in shops on time.
Manage suppliers for costing and proofing, with purchasing support if needed.
Edit social media videos.
Conduct weekly shop visits to check the proper installation of collateral.
Ensure accurate shop measurements.
Handle additional tasks as assigned.

Must Have

Proven experience in multimedia design or a related field with a strong portfolio.
A portfolio showcasing previous editing projects is often requested
Strong technical skills in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or any video eidting software and motion graphics software are essential.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and software advancements.
Openness to learning new tools and technologies as needed
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the editing process.
Resourcefulness in finding creative solutions to challenges.
Must be willing to work onsite

Nice to have

Ability to apply creative and artistic skills to enhance the video's storytelling and visual appeal.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of timing, pacing, and rhythm.
Familiarity with cinematographic principles, visual storytelling techniques, and the ability to work with different video formats and styles.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the creative team and understand project objectives and requirements.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
